Two weeks in Playa Venao Hotel and Resort in Los Santos, Panama was yet another epic stay in paradise with perfect waves every day and painting plein air in the blast furnace heat and wind!
One of the locals getting it on the rights at Playa Venao out front.
Painting outdoors . My new lightweight Plein air easel works perfect!
Swell out front of the hotel
Sunset down the beach near the cove. Amber waves appeared virtually every night.
One of the bigger days
Local ripper shot with my Pentax water camera.
Kris getting some relief from the 100 degree plus temperatures!
A little GoPro Hero silver shot
More GoPro fun
Loving the combination of the lightweight plein air easel with the wood Poachade box. Great set up and the easel even has a hook in the center to hang your pack from that it all fits into so the entire assembly is weighted down. That was important in the 25 - 40mph winds!
An orchid the tree at Riande Aeropuerto
A young girl pushing it and getting cut off by a "friend".
Sunsets never get old...
The view outside of our cabin.
El Sitio's new lighthouse/bar. They are doing a great deal of development. In a few short years this place will be overdone with development.
Richy Aerosemena caught me having fun down the beach on my long board.
Always working! Taping down the palette is wise in high winds. The water bottle mister keeps my acrylics moist.
This hotel has the best view of the entire region.
